Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Gassim Investment Holding Company announced that it will distribute SAR 7.5 million in cash dividends to its shareholders for 2019.

Dividends will be distributed over 30 million shares, at SAR 0.25 per share or 2.5% of the share’s par value, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).

The eligibility of cash dividends will be to shareholders who own the company shares on the Eligibility date and enrolled in the company's register at the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day of the day following the date of the General Assembly meeting, which will be announced later.
